This year’s Saturday afternoon NYC Design Tour will take attendees behind the curtain at Marriott’s new AC Hotel New York Times Square, which opened this year near the Garment District. The lifestyle brand’s first NYC property, by local firm Helpern Architects, features a Barcelona-style tapas bar adjacent to the double-height lobby and a 20th floor, year-round rooftop lounge with fabulous views of the Empire State Building.
Only 25 slots are available for the 3.5-hour tour, which includes lunch for participants in Castell, the indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge. The tour will be led by the hotel’s general manager, Benjamin Britton, and a member of the OTO Development team, who led the inspiration behind the design. It’s first-come, first-served, so reserve your spot now.
