Ashley Ewing Parrott is Director of Brand Management, Tribute Portfolio for Marriott International. Based in Washington DC, Parrott leads the brand management and operations for Tribute Portfolio hotels across the continents. As a new addition to the Tribute Portfolio team, she brings a fresh perspective to Marriott International’s youngest brand.

In her previous role with Vision Hospitality Group as Director of Brand Strategy for Boutique and Lifestyle Hotels, Parrott successfully opened the company’s first lifestyle properties while overseeing a range of boutique hotel projects in various stages of development. The driving force behind the creation of Vision’s first lifestyle brand, Kinley Hotels, she was recognized by Boutique Design Magazine as a Boutique 18 Honoree in the Class of 2019 for work in design, development and brand strategy.

Parrott began her hospitality career with Marriott International as a member of the Area Sales organization after attending the Kemmons Wilson School of Hospitality at the University of Memphis where she majored in Hospitality and Tourism management.
