As a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, Laura brings more than 18 years of combined experience in both hospitality operations and as a foodservice designer. Laura is typically responsible for all day-to-day activity and coordination of the design aspects on projects as well as design leadership. Laura’s professional portfolio includes hundreds of projects, from workplace dining to leisure and entertainment operations. Most notable is her work at the new Marriott Headquarters Hotel in Bethesda, Maryland, The St. Regis Hotel in Aspen and the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC. Laura is active member of Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) and the Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management (SHFM). The currently writes a quarterly blog for The Consultant Magazine and is working on developing curriculum for her fourth year on the faculty of the Foodservice Design Bootcamp. Laura is a mom of two young daughters.
