Ms. Parsons has over 30 years’ experience as both a registered architect and interior designer and is LEED accredited.  Her design and leadership experience was honed during her tenure as Senior Vice President, Design & Construction for Host Hotels & Resorts where she led the staff and teams to design and manage the largest portfolio of upscale and luxury hotels such as Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, Fairmont, Westin, Marriott and most recently as Senior Vice President and head of the DC office of the luxury hotel design firm, ForrestPerkins.  Early in her career she was on the staff at both Marriott Corporation and RTKL.


Under her auspices she has negotiated and managed thousands of design and construction contracts and she has served as an expert witness for cases over contract disputes.  Interestingly, she has had the experience of sitting at the table as the hotel brand, the hotel owner and the hotel designer.


Her degrees, a BS in Building Construction and a Bachelor of Architecture are from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY.
