In this intimate small-group gathering, leaders from the CREW Hospitality Council will share the unwritten rules, career lessons, and project wisdom they wish they'd learned sooner. This candid cross-disciplinary conversation about failure, challenge and hard-won inspiration from women who have earned their seats at every table will go where most panels don’t – into the gaps, friction, and moments nobody puts in a project recap. Touching on all aspects within a boutique hospitality project from feasibility, finance, and operations to architecture, interior design, and project management attendees will learn a rare, full-spectrum view of how projects actually get built, negotiated, and delivered.
