Parker Henderson
Brand LeaderGraduate by HiltonParker Henderson is Brand Leader for Graduate by Hilton, where he oversees brand strategy, performance, operations, and development support for Hilton’s collection of university-inspired hotels. With nearly three decades of hospitality experience and more than 20 years at Hilton, Parker has led initiatives spanning hotel operations, brand management, commercial strategy, and new hotel openings. In addition to his work at Hilton, Parker is an adjunct professor at Virginia Tech, where he teaches hospitality business strategy and financial management. He holds degrees from Appalachian State University and Virginia Tech and is passionate about creating hotel experiences that celebrate a strong sense of place and authentic local storytelling. Parker lives in Washington, D.C., with his husband, Kit.
