3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
790 8th Ave, New York (meet in lobby)

Network in an intimate setting while getting a behind the scenes look at one of the latest projects from IHG’s Kimpton brand. Led by representatives from Highgate, CRÉME, and Kimpton, the tour will conclude with a networking reception. Limited to 24 attendees.
Modernist architect Morris Lapidus originally designed the building that is now home to the 364-room Kimpton Hotel Theta, and his handiwork continues to shine in this newest incarnation by Brooklyn-based firm CRÉME. Various zones comprise the lobby, including a cozy lounge with potted plants, a statement wall across from the entrance that showcases an abstract aerial park view, and corrugated concrete reception desks backdropped by vibrant artworks. Differentiating these areas are sculptural portals that nod to both Lapidus and artist Isamu Noguchi.
Open to all qualified attendees. NONEX, manufacturer reps, and exhibitors may not purchase tickets to this tour.

Hilton kicked off its Tempo brand in an iconic location: Times Square. Taking cues from aviation, cartography, and photography, the 661-room hotel makes an impact upon arrival with a canopy and desks inspired by airplane fuselage. Corridors, swathed in walnut tambour walls, lead guests to hushed guestrooms accented with leather and metal that recall vintage luggage and original New York subway stations.
Open to all qualified attendees. NONEX, manufacturer reps, and exhibitors may not purchase tickets to this tour
